3. Booking Terms and Conditions

3.1 Reservation Process

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Reservations must be confirmed with payment
• Booking confirmations will be sent via email
• Prices are subject to change without notice

3.2 Payment Terms

• Deposit Required: 50% deposit required at time of booking
• Final Payment: Balance due 30 days before arrival
• Payment Methods: Credit card, bank transfer, digital payment
• Currency: Prices displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
• Taxes: All applicable taxes and service fees included (Service Fee: 10%, Tax: 11%)

3.3 Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 days: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
• 15-30 days: 75% refund
• 7-14 days: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund
• No-show: No refund

3.4 Check-in/Check-out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and additional fees

4. Guest Responsibilities

4.1 Property Care

• Guests must treat the property with respect
• Report any damages immediately
• Follow all house rules and guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and order

4.2 Prohibited Activities

• Smoking inside the villa (designated areas only)
• Excessive noise after 10:00 PM
• Unauthorized parties or events
• Illegal activities of any kind
• Damage to property or furnishings

4.3 Guest Capacity

• Maximum occupancy as specified for each villa
• Additional guests require prior approval
• Extra charges apply for exceeding capacity
